Alu-koni pitika (Mashed potato and egg)


  • Boiled potato:4 (400 ml)
  • Boiled egg: 4
  • Chopped onion: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped chilli: 2
  • Chopped coriander:1 tsp
  • mustard oil: 2 tsps
  • Salt: to taste


    • Peel the potatoes and eggs while warm.
    • Sprinkle salt and add chopped onions,chillies, coriander and mustard oil. Mix well with hand.
    • Enjoy with boiled rice and dail.
