Mango lassi

Ingredients

  • Curds: 2 cups
  • Mango cubes: 2 cups
  • Sugar: ½ cup
  • Chilled water: 1 cup
  • Crushed ice: 1 cup
  • Salt: ½ coffee spoon
  • For decoration: Slice mangoes and mint leaves

Directions

    • Whip the curd till smooth and chill.
    • In a blender blend the mango and the sugar.
    • Add the chilled curd to the mango juice.
    • Also add the chilled water, crushed ice and salt.
    • Whisk till smooth.
    • Pour into four long chilled glasses.
    • Serve with sliced chilled mangoes.
    • Garnish with mint leaves
